Invite your friends for a winter house concert featuring two local singer/songwriters, Sean DeLeonardi and Andrew Rottner (a.k.a. All Souls Boulder’s worship leader). The concert is being hosted at Ingrid Kutsch’s house (3229 Perry St) Saturday, March 10th, 7-10pm. Food/drinks will be served but childcare will not be provided.

Please park on the west side of the Perry Street.

Update on Special Christmas Eve Offering

At our Christmas Eve service this year we took a special offering to support our partner missions and ministries. This gift was in addition to the regular percentage of City Pres’ budget that goes to ministries and missions that serve the city and serve the world.

Thank you for your generosity in giving $1,495 that evening. This special offering was divided and given to HOPE International, a global ministry partner of City Pres that focuses on alleviating physical and spiritual poverty through microenterprise development. The other part was given to one of our local ministry partner, Mile High Ministries who through transitional housing, legal aid, economic development, training leaders, and other community endeavors renew lives, relationships, and communities across the Denver metro area.

Mom’s Group Starting Again

We’ll start back up our regular Mom’s Group meetings in January and continue through the semester on the second and fourth Mondays of the month from 9:30-11:30 AM. Mom’s will enjoy fellowship and bible study in the book of Romans upstairs with the little babies while childcare is provided for the toddlers and older children downstairs. Please contact Amanda Rodriguez if you are interested in attending and she’ll send you the schedule and locations.

Christian Education Classes | Sundays 9AM

Six-week series exploring God’s Word and discussing practical matters of faith and life. Unless stated otherwise, you may join anytime within a series. Meets September through May in the Multi-Cultural Lounge.

Relationships (through February 12)

So far we have talked about dealing with idealization and accommodation and gender differences. Upcoming classes will discuss intimacy, practicing forgiveness, and will include a panel discussion offering multiple perspectives on these issues. Class is designed for people to join at anytime.

Missions (February 26 – April 1)

During the season of Lent, we will be offering an introduction to local missions class that will include discussion, presentation from local ministries and service organizations, brainstorming ideas, and short-term mission projects.

Ministry Leadership Training (April 15 – May 20)

This class is for those wishing to learn how to better serve in various leadership opportunities within our community, including on the Consistory as an Elder or Deacon. Besides the six weeks of Sunday classes there will also be two additional evening meetings. This is a series requiring attending all sessions.

City Kids (children’s classes age 4 through 5th grade) and Nursery are available at this time as well.
